No problem guys, I know how confusing things can be at first glance and it makes a huge difference to actually understands what's going on. That way when you mess up or something doesn't come out the way you were expecting you can figure out why and how to fix it, rather than just calling it a failure and throwing away the goods.

I'm so happy you actually followed through and purified it. For me, working with (and understanding the science behind) dmt creates such a more personal experience. That stuff looks amazing compared to what it started out as. What was your % yield? I just recently performed only my second re-x and it went from light yellow powder to pure white crystals, but I lost 40%. I certainly need more practice. I think I can still recover another 20% though. Regardless, extracting/purifying dmt is becoming much more appealing to me than even smoking it, and I love seeing the self-improvement as I continue to work with this sacred molecule.

I dont think I'll really know what my yeild is seeing as how this was a tainted batch. I'm also still re-x-ing some and foolishly tried to speed evap some on a crockpot on high and bye bye Dimitri. But over all out of what was 4g Im counting about 2.5 that I have salvaged, an un weighed amount of whatever was added to the original batch, and some given to the gods for a learning sacrifice.
So I dont think I can do more than guess at total count of what was lost, salvaged, or gained.
I did learn though and thats what counts GI Joe!
I'll be back with a much more controlled, concise extraction that I will bless and undertake on my own. Then I will have good numbers and yeilds to offer up. 5ht2a I feel the calling to release this molecule as well. Its strange how much it has consumed my thoughts now.

So the top is the second pull and combined leftover from the circle pan first pull.
The scrape in a pile is from the second pull rectangle pan. The scrape in a cresent is the first white pull in the circle pan.
The large jar is a third pull of the "slag" contamination material that was left on the crock a bit to really heat and get whats left. At this point the slag started turning less and less yellow. The small jar started out as whatever pour off came from the large pans and combinations and ended up as the final pan rinse receptacle also. Last pic is the "slag" looks whitish with a crystalline sheen.
