SWIM uses simple limonene extractions.. and when evapping the limonene and isp. alcohol SWIM feels very light headed and strange from the fumes for a couple of hours (not that close at all in the room to the actual source). Is this very dangerous? SWIM is purchasing one of those little masks ASAP. Also, will these evapped chemicals leave residue anywhere, if so whats the best way to avoid this? Thanks

Solvents evaporate completely eventually if they are pure, leaving no residues. You don't want to breathe in the fumes.

Yeah, venilation is a MUST even with the less obvious odoured chemicals. If you're feeling light headed, something definately isn't right.

ye, ventilation, ventilation is your answer here. Open em windows, try and use a room where you can just open the window and close your door. So you try and keep all evaps in one room with open window.

I've never done an extraction before, but I've worked with solvents a lot. When it comes to fumes, you can never be too careful. Ventilation is everything.

Peace,

Macre.
