Cybs tek if the fastest you can do. Most other teks involve boiling and multiple pulls. Just reduce the time during acidfication and you are the fastes possible with still good yields. Or just skip the acid stage and go STB (straight to base)

Good luck filtering bark out of a basic soup, I wouldn't want to bother trying. And I never saw a STB method that involved separating the bark. Nothing wrong with experimenting, though. Report your results, and stay safe. “There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work." ― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

Soup made with powdered MHRB left for 3 years will still have particles in it. “There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. Also voting for Cyb's MAX ION or Salt Tek. I like to use this 1L Simax reagent bottle since it has narrowing neck, great for pulling NPS by pipette: It works for 150 g MHRB powder if you fiddle with water amounts so it fills up to the narrowing part. I will try scaled up extraction (250-300 g) with the same kind of bottle, only 2L.

minimid wrote:still want to know how you put 150gs of bark into 750 ml of water, that will make it EXTRA thick 150g of powdered/crushed bark should easily fit in a 1 litre bottle ( even upto 250g)...leaving enough room for water and a space for the solvent to sit. If you use more bark and it starts getting 'sludgy' ... get a bigger bottle and put some more water in. The amounts are a guide so people don't have to think too much...they can just follow the recipe. From another thread: cyb wrote:You move your acid phase to pH 2-4 in an aqueous solution. You then move to pH11 or above in the same solution (this is freebase) ... then you pull with minimal amount of non polar solvent.
It's that simple...
You DO NOT use ratios + or - ingredients. (only pH manipulation)
If you can obtain a 'watery environment' (non sludgy) with bark/water/salt/acid/alkaline ... that's all you need to do. (unless performing a dry tek) Picture attached is just 50g cyb attached the following image(s): Cyb-Tekpic3-EQUIPMENT.jpg (59kb) downloaded 67 time(s).Please do not PM tek related questions Reserve the right to change your mind at any given moment.
