I have just been accepted into this illustrious forum today and I find myself in good company.
I have been reading many threads, and generally browsing around on here for the last couple of months and its been highly enlightening, educational, and above all entertaining.
As with most things in life, I think that if you want to do something you just should. Dont overthink it, dont procrastinate JUST DO!!!!
Having said that its taken me about 15 years from the time I knew this would be the ultimate experience for me till blast-off.
1999 Im sitting in a bar and a friend I hadnt seen for a long time comes in. The story he tells me of a little known substance called DMT has from time to time burst through to taunt and tantalize me to no end. Will o' the wisp always out of reach. It seemed to make a childs play of the almost decade Id invested in LSD exploration.
Fast forward to 2003 and the idea of making my own came to mind. So I dusted of this moth-eaten fotocopy of a TEK Id been given a few years ago (South Africa back then had an infantile internet system and nothing I was familiar with). I ended up doing a AB extraction and ended up with some goop that I wasnt stupid enough to try. I through it away and moved abroad almost immediately.
Fast forward till today where I have been in legal limbo and being a guest of a foreign country, did not want to infringe on any laws so getting raw material was a problem. I then came across a STB TEK where you could get a more than sufficient yield in a couple of hours.
This made travelling to a neighbouring country where the laws where a little more forgiving possible and experiencing.... well lets just say it was worth the wait.
I wont go into detail about the experience save to say my past LSD experiences , and my single salvia one probably helped me to face the consequences of my cavalier stupidity.
Being a traveller and without a scale as well as forgetting that there are 1000mg in a gram and not only 100mg.
I grew up and matured more in that half hour than I have in the last 20 years....
Dont judge me too harshly and I dont recommend anyone to ever be so careless.
