The title explains really. I only smoke on weekends, usually with a couple of pre drinks before (I find it easier to go deeper when I do).
So say i smoke Saturday night, by monday I have intense dreams.
Before drifting off to sleep I can get intense closed eye visuals, greens colours usually.
I had a dream last night, which was a dmt trip. Pretty much spoke to entities but it was more negative like a giant face warning me of which I cant remember. Does anyone believe I am still travelling dimensions or am I just reimagining the experience?
Also when I awoke the past couple of mornings, im still having visuals. Its like my brain putting back the standard reality until everythings in focus. Its like the feeling of when you come back to your body when tripping.
I will be taking a break soon.
But I'm so fascinated by this crazy substance I want to venture deeper and deeper.
Its hard to go back to my life before, I find it crazy and closed minded I was.
DMT has deffo changed me for the better.

It is known that the brains of regular psychedelic users seem to have different structures than to those of non users. This is by no means bad, just different.

I'm not sure how smoking DMT once a week is detremential to your state but those few drinks you have can also affect dreams. Also the brain remembers halucinations very vividly, thats why sometimes you can have visuals even when the drug has worn off.

I know from personal experience that tripping a few times a week on acid for prolonged period of time has caused me to have lingering visuals and strange dreams (stranger than usual) all the time. It stoped when I cut down my use.

It's nothing to worry about, perhaps cut down if it bothers you but I don't see how this could impact anyone negatively in everyday life. Heck I would actually be glad if my dreams would be like DMT trips all the time, but that wasn't the case even when I was using.

I LOVE DMT, thats why im taking a break.
I become a bit obsessive about it and I dont want to ruin it by abusing it, but im thankful for all the new insight its given me, like wow I aint got a clue whats really going on and maybe when I die, thats not it...
And the after effects and random trippyness are great.
