DMT and its effects on people change dramatically. I know I've never experienced any sexual urges on psychedelics as far too much is happening in my mind. However, I have a close friend who often has sex with his partner on LSD and DMT. Terence McKenna has also recounted having sex under the effects of datura and DMT. It's conditional to the person and how they will react under the influence of DMT, so I'm afraid there is no yes or no answer.

Why would a dmt experience bring about your fantasies? If you think the experience to work like that I'd suggest you do a bit more reading on the experience itself, to grasp a little bit better of an understanding as to what you're getting into. [even though it'll come down to you actually having to smoke it and have a proper experience yourself ]

The question you are asking can't be answered because it is completely conditional to how the individual reacts to the substance. There is no magic substance, you need to experiment and see what substances work for you as well as your limits on the substance (sexually and such).

If you are looking for intense intimacy, I'd advice MDMA. But like I said, you may not be able to become erect on MDMA like a lot of other substances. It's all trial and error with your significant other.

This is a bizarre question... if you have a fantasy you're obviously having the experience of it, how else the fantasy?

Apart from the advice above, I think that for your purposes, mastering lucid dreaming would be much more appropriate than relying on different mind altering substances. When you gain control over your dreams, maybe you would be able to recreate whatever sexual fantasies you have.
