hi all, the solution was defated while it was an acidified solution ~5 times, after the solution was turned into a bass and when solvent was added to pull the alkaloids, there was a small layer of clear naphter on top along with alot of fat and oils.

my question is - can the the solution be turned back into an acid to remove this layer of fat, then can it have sodium hydroxide added again to pull the alcoloids out or will this rewin it?
if existence is possible - the skys the limit!!
