FASA = fumaric acid saturated acetone.. Its a technique to precipitate the alkaloids as fumarate salts, search around and if you dont find what you want feel free to ask

or just recrystalize your final product, thats easy enough to separate the fats from the goods.
but... You do know that phalaris has been reported to contain gramine, which is a toxic alkaloid, right? Unless you have a specific phalaris strain that is known for sure that its free of gramine, then proceed very very carefully! I personally dont know any way of separating gramine from the other alkaloids, so unless I did, I would not bio-assay any phalaris extract.
