SWIM obtained what were claimed to be AC seeds. Now a few months into growth, they look nothing like what SWIM believe AC to look like, namely the following:

- Red striations and coloring, where as AC tends to have a yellow/green color.

- Rounded leaf tips, where as AC has more of a pronounced tip

- Leaf size is more than double what I'm used to seeing

- Stem is red, where as AC growth tends to be green

Anyone have any ideas? SWIM quite disappointed because been taking care of these guys for months, but its no biggie because it was a learning experience.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I appreciate it.

These guys are pretty hardy; reminiscent of most acacias, though I do put extra care into them to make sure they are as healthy as possible before being put into their permanent homes; hence why I was a little heart broken when they started having characteristics of a non-AC plant.

Consider that they may turn out to be non-disappointing, in some completely unexpected way. If you can afford the space, would you not have the curiosity to wait and find out what species they are?

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

Swim definitely has the space, but is trying to prioritize the essentials and get them in their homes as soon as possible, given the minimum required growing time.
