USPIS is getting involved in specifically trying to trace drug packages at each center. If the mailing from address is bad etc.

The scary thing to me was a reversal of the standard "we will prosecute the seller" into, "we will have you sign for the package and arrest you right there". Also that they were trying to find ways to track the payments.
