hello friends, this is Indianyogi and I am new here. Have tried dmt-enhanced leaf a few times but it was blended rather weakly, I messed up when putting it together and it turned out to be about 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of dmt to dried leaf. So I took a few inhalations and I felt ok, I did so over the course of a few hours and it lasted that long, it was very nice. It was just blended with peppermint leaf. This was last summer.

I tried again, but with pure dmt in a vaporizer pipe a few weeks ago, and after just half of one inhalation I got so scared that I had to stop and couldn't continue. I did not finish what was in the pipe.

This makes me wonder a few things. Is it the smaller quantity of dmt that is inhaled in a weak enhanced leaf blend, taken gradually, which prevents fear from occurring? Even though I did not take a breakthrough dose the first time, It was sufficient to have an amazing experience which lasted two hours, and there were no harmalas in the blend at all. And is it better to gradually work my way up to a break through dose with a medium-strength enhanced leaf blend, rather than smoking a strong blend or vaporizing dmt on it's own, by itself?

Also, one last thing I wanted to add. I tried changa only once, and my state of mind may not have been appropriate, but I felt like as soon as it hit my lungs, my chest/heart area was gripped in a primal terror of sorts, which continued all the way up my spine and into my brain. I believe that some type of cosmic predator "bit" me in the head, like a multidimensional arachnid beast. Since then I have not used changa. But pure dmt seemed much less scary to me.

I would gradually work your way up with a medium-strength changa blend. You could make 10-15X B. caapi leaf with the boil method then make it 25% DMT. should work out great.

- Weigh out 15 grams leaf
- place measured caapi leaf in a crock pot with water
-Turn crock pot on high for 12 hours
- After 12 hours pour the boild down water into a 2nd pot
- add more water to leaf in the crock pot
- Turn crock pot on high for another 12 hours
- After 12 hours add water to 2nd pot
-strain the water with something like a coffee filter
- Boil the combined water down further
- evaporate onto 1g of caapi leaf (fan speeds things up)
-once dried dissolve DMT in Isopropyl Alcohol
-Add the 16x leaf to the Isopropyl Alcohol/DMT

Can take a couple weeks to dry. There's lots of other ways to make changa but i thought this would be a fun little project for you Smile .. good luck!

Hey thanks running bear for all that great advice. I happen to have a little bit of enhanced leaf left which I was going to use (I made more which is stronger this time) it is 1:1 dmt to peppermint leaf blend. But I don't know whether to smoke or vaporize it I think I will vaporize it as none of the dmt will be burned off this way. I also have a half gram of changa which I am scared to try and don't really want to try actually, it is a nice 1:! blend as well of dmt to leaf blend. I forgot what herbs were in it besides cappi vine and hawthorn berry.

Smoking DMT causes a rapid and intense shift in consciousness that often causes panic and fear.
That is completely normal even among experienced users.
I recommend starting with low doses and work up.
That is what I did.
I've had many panics and fears...
Just keep pushing through.
Get comfortable with 10 mg doses.
Thats the weirdness and anxiety threshold...
Anything higher than that is just more amplified.
It helps me to do it in sunlight while laying in my cozy bed Smile
But breakthroughs are totally different.
When you feel ready to fully let go and die, load up 50 mg+ and just go for it.
But dont be timid about it.
There is no rush to breakthrough.
There is alot (possibly even more) to be gained from lighter experiences.
Low doses are ideal for doing spiritual work and resetting yourself.
High doses are for those times you feel like leaving this world completely.
Just respect it and dont rush anything <3

This all sounds a little scary and it should.

I would really love to read more testimonials of people who use micro-dosing successfully.
