Do you have a purpose in life? Have you given yourself a mission to carry out while on this earth? Something that excites you the moment you open your eyes and has you spring out of your bed joyously?
Is it a vision of change for the world? Consistent self improvement? A hobby or artform? Joyous hedonistic indulgence?
Interested in hearing peoples opinions as I struggle with embracing reality on a consistent basis.

Well most people agree purpose and meaning are subjective and also people tend to use those two terms interchangeably which is a bit false. The term purpose is used to define an end goal to which one strives. For instance, the purpose to building a car is transportation. If you therefore say that the purpose of building a car is to enjoy building the car then the purpose because null, void of purpose and it becomes "art" or "hobby". I live life as a hobby now. I made this decision as soon as I came to the realization that I couldn't find meaning any where and came to the realization of my finitude both computationally (brain) and temporally. I live because it is interesting, puzzles my curiosity and because I also have a deep affinity for certain things (like emotions or certain virtues like honor or compassion).

There are two definitions of life, 1. the quality that distinguishes a vital and functional being from a dead body 2. the sequence of physical and mental experiences that make up the existence of an individual. Life is in modern times sometimes used synonymously with existence also but the term implies all aspects that go along with it, including perceived notions of "purpose". To live implies that there is some reason to live, if there wasn't, why then would anything exist? That would be absurd.

Only infected Humans are like that, u see a ant go how to be more Ant, or a cat go how to be more feline. Every animal except humans act like life, Humans act like life and virus. If practicing buddhism etc hasnt cured the "humanity Virus" enough Spice will do it . Final Incarnate is an RPG Character in Terra's Terra .
