Been listening to this on line and am finding more understanding about subliminal subconscious effect.. and why problems can arise in many people..such as ...alcoholics ...drug addics... mental illness ..ect...

Personaly..for me... ive never found DMT to be adictive or a problem in any way...

My reason was to increase my ability to sucessfully lucid dream more often... and discovered how to comunicate with my subjective mind using my objective mind and im finding it does work..

but one must use positive affermations and absolutly.. you must believe ...and in doing so can be a rewarding way to find more control over ones life and desired direction...

Dr Joseph Murphy..makes sense if one cares to listen to the audio maybe others can benifit..
