Thank you all for your kind words!
Ohayoco, your posts, both here and elswhere, are always thought and heart provoked. I appreciate that.
I began a Mantra, (thank you antrocles) of "Love, Surrender"...

My first few attempts eased my mind and heart. They were very light, but a good point of reference on how to surrender.
Although I felt a slight discomfort, an uneasness, I believe this was due, in part, to braving unknown territory.
After some visual alterations, I began feeling at peace. I know this is the tip of the iceberg, and look forward to exploring myself to even greater depths later this evening. (I think I'll use the parsley method). My main concern is the harshness, it is very difficult to get down and hold in the lungs.

Thank you again, I look forward to communicating with you all in the future,

This discomfort and uneasiness you describe happens to me when I take smaller doses. 15-20mg for me will cause a feeling of uneasiness, while 25+mg that feeling is completely gone.

Never a bad idea to test the waters before plunging in though...

Have fun! Smile

So that it might
Find
Itself
Innumerably.

Maybe need to clean your spice? You could just have delicate lungs I guess... SWIM never has problems but friends smoking the same stuff say its harsh. A tip: if you pre-burn the parsley before adding the spice, by puffing away in little puffs without inhaling, then there is a LOT less smoke to consume, and its accordingly easier on the lungs. Ash/spice/ash is the sandwich of kings!

As for the uneasiness- SWIM was very wary of it when he first started, he was even worried that this forum was a crazy cult and that he was getting sucked into something dark! But these fears were unfounded. Now SWIM has no fear whatsoever of sub-breakthrough doses... in fact he never even does them because they're completely unsatisfying after hyperspace. As for hyperspace... everyone gets nervous going in after time away, like anyone would getting onto the biggest rollercoaster in the universe. But it seems to be only time that creates this fear- in nights when SWIM has gone more than once he's not nervous whatsoever on the second and subsequent trips.

Keep us informed! I'd love to hear a full report of your first full-blown trip into hyperspace! Smile

Well its been a summer of work and school. After swims first few dabbles, he hadn't attempted a launch again until days ago.
Bad news. Swims spice was wrapped in folded coffee filters, inside a small tupperware, in the freezer. Was a light yellow powder, about 1.5 grams.
But upon opening the filters, all the spice was gone!!!!!
There were a few times it was transported via car, and may have experienced the florida heat for a bit, but would that "melt" all the spice away? Should I save the coffee filters? They are still yellowish in color.

So Swims journey continues. He scraped of as much as he could from the filters and inhaled. Beautiful colors, patterns, and no uneasyness this time, but alas, not nearly enough for a B/T. So SWIM still sits and waits patiently for the next order of MHRB, in hopes of some day travelling to the stars Pleased

Any ideas/comments folks?

What a wonderful thread!! Thanks guys for all the insight. I posted a link to this thread in the thread "First Experience with Changa". A lot of this should be put into the Wiki. Anyway, G7 I'd suggest that you rinse the coffee filters with dry acetone and then evap the acetone to recover your spice. Good luck!!

Thank you Memo, I am about to go read that thread now.... the acetone will be done ASAP, but don't have any right now (and swim was hoping to get some out relatively soon, tonight? Pleased )

Any other hydrocarbon you suggest ATM? I have naphtha around here. Or possibly another method of getting it from the filters? Or maybe simply vape the filters? SWIMS fiancé recently bought a hookah, and I haven't yet researched whether that is a sound method.
Ill be browsing tonight often as I may be up late doing some school work.

Thanks in advance!

Hey G7. Naphtha will work fine for the filters, there was an ingenious idea on here from someone that had good results. Cut your filter into inch squares and sew a cotton thread through. Gently warm as small an amount of fresh naphtha as is required to submerge the threaded squares in a pan (not hot because don't want to damage the spice). Then add your threaded filters and wait some time, squish around maybe. Then pull out the squares by the thread and squish out remaining naphtha into the pan. Evap (maybe try freeze precip first?) to get your spice Smile

Well after all that it worked. Of course the cutting into small squares seemed a bit much; I simply heated my naptha and dipped the filters into the warm liquid. It turned a light yellow and the tint dissapeared from the coffee filters. After a few days freeze precip, i got close to a gram back out. Good ideas!

Well I must say, interesting molecule this is. It would certainly take more experience than my few measly experiments have shown to grasp the grand scale of spice.
But it may be time for others things.
Best Blessing to you all,

I agree- this thread is still helping me immensely. There is just so much good advice here that all new to spice should read. If only that I had paid more attention the first time I read this!
