After 1 long boil I left some seeds in a metal tray to dry at room temperature for over 10 days.
It developed a white mold covering most if not all of the seeds. Are my seeds wasted? Or can I just boil them 2-3 times to perform a harmala extraction?

Throw it away and get some new seeds. There is no knowing what mold grew and how many potentially toxic substances were produced by the mold.

Onto the compost pile sadly
