I've been a member since 2012, but this is my first post.

SWIM has had experiences with:

* Most DMT base teks (all very similiar)
* Most defat teks (again...all are similiar)
* Have only ever done 1 salt base tek.
* Have grown shrooms and extracted psilocin (vaguely understand)
* Have combined DMT with Psilocin to make something amazing...
* Have identified types of plants around australia personally (big deal since it took a long time to find any)

Very proud of knowledge gained from follow psychonauts here. While young (20's), SWIM still understands that he has a lot to learn and doesn't want to come across as a know all.

First heard of DMT when SWIM was 17 via Joe Rogan. SWIM has him to thank for motivating him enough to try this.

How DMT changed SWIM's life:

SWIM was a scared and very selfish teen that lived life protecting his pride/ego (bubble). SWIM's first experience taking DMT was a freak show-circus. This memory of SWIM's first trip has always stuck with him since it had blown his mind. However, SWIM immediately thought he could use it as a form of escapism which proved to be a terrible mistake of his that turned SWIM off DMT for two years before bringing himself to re-attempt another trip. It took SWIM a fair few bad experiences before he came to the realisations he needed to, to enjoy and appreciate the trips for what they were.

Today:

I and SWIM understand that what we know is insignificant and would love and appreciate nothing more than to connect and grow with others.

Welcome mate! Would love to hear some experiences from a fellow aussie traveller. Jesters seem to be pretty common, was this mimosa, acrb or other?
