I have a lot of M.C. Escher's work hanging on my walls. Below is a wonderful work by M.C Escher which I always just called 'the puddle'. What always struck me about this particular drawing is that he stopped and noticed this puddle. You can see all those who didn't in the drawing. They walked through it and by it. The drove by without ever seeing it's beauty. It's just a dang puddle. Not so. He captured this one puddle and we all get to gaze into it's beauty. It's beautiful because it is observed. If one can notice the beauty in something as insignificant as a puddle, one can observe beauty in everything. Anyhow.. that's what I see when I look at it.
Don't discount yourself because of your age. We are all teachers and students here. My greatest teacher is five years old.
I look forward to your contributions and stories as you explore your psychedelic road.
