The universe is so huge. Just imagine the sigh of a galaxy in close proximity. It would be so bright. It sad that it will forever be out of our reach. Also i always need to think of this ironic tweet when talking about the universe Ulim attached the following image(s): tumblr_muc22v11Lz1rtlrnmo1_500.png (18kb) downloaded 118 time(s).

It doesn't surprise me at all...
I'm sure that there is more "stuff" out there than we can even imagine...
...you know how the universe is expanding? Have you ever preformed a thought experiment where you are at the edge the universe, watching it expand into "?"...

This video although older [1977] puts things in a nice perspective, and keep in mind the little slice of the sky that they chose to zoom in on is so minuscule relative to the rest of the observable sky, not to mention other variables in determining how much 'stuff' [galaxies, systems, etc] is out there.

Great video tatt, I had never seen that before it's mind boggling the more I try to understand, the further it highlights the limitations of my mind, science and magic really are at times indistinguishable to my unenlightened consciousness LamVamRamYamHamKshamOm

Eternity.

Thanks for posting this Banco, those Hubble Deep fields ♥ It's also the Orionid meteor shower this weekend. I think it was peaking last night but I've been seeing trails all week... a good time to get out there and gaze skyward. Double posted for the soundtrack.

What always gets me when I see the stars, or the atoms of what we are..there is a me that sees it all. As the boundaries remain between you and me and the farthest reaches to the stars. We all live in our minds eye as we all see the same relative, or is it the absolute thing. It's all so amazing... how did we get here... where is it going.. and our death the other door that opens into so much more? Or we just let it all go as we come to our final end..... what a day it is, was, did it even happen? Anyway.. it's all just amazing.
