I didnt take much MDMA in my life. 15 years ago, I took 3 triple stack blue dolphins which ended up being the worst night of my life. I probably endured some neuro-toxicity from that night. Good thing is, Im still alive and my brain works good enough as long as I'm not taking any drugs.

How confident can you be it was actually MDMA?

Things like 'triple stacked' mean absolutely nothing, btw, they're just things dealers say to justify charging a higher price for their wares.

Good point, I don't really know. I'm sure it was cut with something else, anyway, whatever it was, it awoke panic attacks in me that never was there before.

What happened with the MDMA? Normally it's never traumatic (quite the opposite, really).

My thoughts too. Unless used in a dangerous combination and/or absurd dose, it's incomprehensible (from my experience with the molecule) that anything even remotely negative could come out of it.
This is the time to really find out who you are and enjoy every moment you have. Take advantage of it.

Hate to break it to you, but those dolphins could have easily been bath salts.

And in case nobody else brought this up... you really shouldn't mix MDMA with changa, because of MAOI interactions. I keep hearing this serotonin syndrome is for real; I sure don't want to find out from direct experience.

It has been real for a long time. Laughing And certainly not an experience worth repeating but completely preventable, altogether.
