Hello everyone!

I haven't taken DMT in about 6 years, but last night, I had the most profound experience ever!

Has anyone experienced a DMT-like dream before?

Well, last night I had my second DMT dream, and it was so incredible I created an account just to talk about it and see if anyone else had any experiences like this.

I am aware that DMT creates dreams in humans. I spent a whole weekend with Dr. Strassman 6 years ago talking about it after escorting him to a book signing in Dallas, TX. Anyway, if I could talk to him about this, I would.

For work, my sleep schedule has been pretty wonky. I've switched from normal hours to nighttime hours to normal hours, and this has really messed up my circadian rhythm. Well, last night I was listening to this audiobook I recently downloaded called The Book of Mastery by Paul Selig before bed.

The first chapter sorta freaked me out a bit, as I was not expecting something existential prior to sleeping at all, but I was tired so I left it running.

About an hour into the book, I begin dozing off.

It describes humanity as a single collective, that we are all arms of God, and exist as mirrors of God, each our own selves a representation of the source, viewing the world through "Christ-eyes" as he says in a monotoned voice.

Soon, he describes how we can tap into our God power, and I am drifting into sleep at about this moment. Before I realize it, I am swimming in these amazing visuals I am sure many of you are aware, followed by multiple head-rushes of pure adrenaline, surges of dopamine, and what feels like an epic battle in my mind where I destroy my ego with white orbs against dark orbs. As each dark orb is vanquished, my head rushes again. It feels almost orgasmic, like my soul leaving my body and then returning, all with this audiobook playing in the background, guiding me through a spiritual transformation.

Once the last orb vanished, my eyes opened and I felt at peace. I had been asleep for 2 hours, the audiobook was still playing. It was the most incredible experience of my life aside from a few DMT experiences years ago!

Anyway, I thought this might pique some interest in the nexus, perhaps someone has a similar experience or can explain how powerful DMT experiences can linger dormant for years to suddenly reappear unexpected.

It's like the gift that keeps on giving, but only when I really need it.

Hi DMTeko,

That is something that was once a hypothesis, but was never proven to be true.

On this forum we are science minded, so in the future please do your homework on things like this as to avoid the spreading of possible false information.

Kind regards,

I can almost resonate with you on the feeling here, special dreaming often follows dmt

I notice that every time, after an aya experince, when I sleep, I dream a very special kind of dream. Noticeably different than usual dreaming. Now, the two last dreams after the two last aya experiences for instance werent about the same thing at all. However there is one thing special and similar about them.: they felt extraordinary real.

At this time we've been honored to believe: the DMT state (of mind) is not experienced during dream state at all, but rather during the come-down from (5-MeO-DMT loike state of) The Oneness during dreamless state (aka deep sleep).

It can indeed be a sections of the As-Sirat (Bhardo) and (perhaps) if One (1) trains to retain Awareness-recognition during that state (Dum Madar Beda Paar) it can raft One (1) across the endless terror-ocean of life/death quiet safely.....(...we think)

So....accordingly, if One (1) experiences a DMT loike dreams, it can either be a dreams that mimics and/or was tinted by that state, or it wasn't a dreams at all (...i.e. the real thing)

Anyways, these are just ideas....Razz
