Hello! I am in a situation to try Ephenidine again with DMT, but was thinking possibly combining them with the DMT in the form of Pharmauasca. I have tried to do some research but am having some trouble coming up with a solid answer that I understand 100%.

My question is, is it safe to take a dissociative NMDA receptor antagonist with MAOIs or RIMAs? I just want to be safe if I try to take DMT/Harmalas along with Ephenidine. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Smile

Many dissociatives act as serotonin reuptake inhibitors and could be seriously dangerous to mix with harmalas, potentially causing serotonin syndrome.

I haven't heard of any research into ephenidine's pharmacology, and I would definitely scrap this combination.

Be careful with mixing novel substances, especially with MAOIs. Good luck

Thank you so much for the input! Wish I could have posted in the Harmalas section haha but becoming a full member takes some time Sad

I was leaning towards this but wanted a second opinion and a bit more info. From what I could tell it will either produce extremely euphoric effects or kill me. Death isn't an option for me so I suppose for now until there is more research and solid information out there, I will not try this combo.

I wish there was more information but it would appear that when it comes to a lot of these combos I am interested in, I am a pioneer.

Further research has pointed me to the link above. It would appear that it would more than likely not be a pleasant experience at all. Just for anyone who happens to stumble across this post. Smile
