Anyone ever hear of it?

The newest item in the pharmacopoeia is a concoction called STP, apparently named after the gasoline additive ("It makes your motor run better," say hippies). Similar to a chemical-warfare product code-named "BZ," STP can produce a 72-hour trip—up to six times the length of an LSD voyage—and generates the "blinding white light" of hallucinatory omniscience that many hippies claim is the be-all and end-all of the drug experience. Believed to be a chemical called 5-methoxy-NN-dime-thyltryptamine, STP cannot be treated, as LSD is, by use of chlorpromazine tranquilizers to ease a bad trip: it only accentuates the symptoms.

I am absolutely sure that Neuroleptics are never a wise decision - Never attempt to stop any BadTrip with that stuff - it can seriously worsen your situation.

DOM IS HORRIBLE. Maybe a small dose might be nice, but when SWIM had it, it was being passed around as LSD. He found out later it was DOM. The trip lasted 3 whole days. It was interesting, not that visual, and at times it made SWIM feel itchy and dry. There was a lot of psychedelic “mind fuck” and almost no visual effects. It was unpleasant mostly because it lasted way too long. SWIM was not able to sleep for 3 days straight. By the second day he was really bored of it and just wanted it to stop.

Anything that lasts more than 1 day is just not worth doing. No matter how nice it might be at first, you’ll get tired of it and warn out from not being able to sleep.

SWIM would never take it again. There wasn’t anything really nice about it. LSD is a thousand times better.

STP..serenity, tranquility, peace..thats what I heard it was called in the 60's..never heard of the gasoline additive connection..I did hear it was horrible though..

DOM was amazing... absolutely loved it... incredible... all time fav...

SWIM hated it. What did you like about it? Was the dose small or large enough to last 3 days like SWIM's was?

was it worse than DOB for you're SWIM ron? I heard really bad things about both..same with AMT..all 3 I hear bad things abuot.

I think maybe very small doses might be nice but SWIM never had a small dose.

Actually DOM is the cause of a lot of those exaggerated acid freak out stories from the 60's that you hear about where people are claimed to have taken acid and never came back from it.

Imagine how scary it would be. A friend takes a hit of acid and by the next day he's way gone, not making sense, tripping really hard when he should be back to normal. That scared a lot of people and caused exaggerated acid freak out stories to surface like, "yeah man, by buddy did 3 hits of acid and was freaked out for days and ended up in the mental hospital. Be careful taking that shit. Acid can fuck you up badly."

Most of the DOM is sold as LSD because people don't know what DOM is and are normally afraid to try it if they do so some sellers pretend its LSD. People who don't know better think they're having some sort of unusual reaction to LSD and then spread rumors about how LSD can last for 3 days if its really strong. LSD can't last for 3 days. 12 hours max with maybe a lingering afterglow for a few days, but you can't trip for more than 1 day on acid, not even on 30 mg of acid (the highest known dose taken according to Timothy Leary) will you trip more than 1 day. If you trip for more than 1 day it's NOT LSD. it's DOM, DOB, or something else.

small regular dose. lasted 24 hours me thinks... it was the most erogenous body high ever it came in waves and was just lovely. very somatic kinesetic high with consciousness altering effects based in body experience... just lovely.. good visuals... greater sex... just awesome...
