Have any Nexians heard of any reported side effects resulting from smoalking? For instance: temporary studdering over words, changes in grammar choice, movement of body joints feeling less tactile, decreased productivity in unfulfilling tasks, feeling less groggy when awaking from sleep, anti-depressant effects, or increased sense of smell. Id love to hear what people have experienced.

Have you experienced any of those things, or are they all just speculation? I remember feeling that the start of my DMT use correlated with sleep paralysis experiences, as well as "Inception" style dreams within dreams.

I was very in to nootropics when I first started trying DMT and analyzed DMT's effect on myself thoroughly (subjectively that is).

I found it caused my comprehension of the meaning of complete sentences to diminish quite a lot. In fact, I could barely read. After I came down, this would linger slightly for about an hour after inhalation (meaning I could still read but I found it a bit difficult). I assume this is because DMT deactivates the Ventromediaprefrontal cortex and the anterior cingulate cortex which both play crucial roles in concentration and language processing.

I also found that every day I smoked DMT I would have a restless and usually dreamless sleep that same night. If I did not smoke that day after, I would have a fine sleep on the second night. Melatonin, Valerian and GABA agonist like benzos did not help this. I assume this is because of the excessive activation of 5ht receptors (cause downregulation) which are play a crucial roles in the sleep cycle.

The other symptoms you listed were not applicable to me.
