hello, i know im kinda new, but ive been extracting/cultivating some time.

i have made fumurate in the past, howver this time is different. something is extremly wrong.
i used the same process, just larger.

i took my dried epsom salts in the oven and added to acetone to dry.
after, added appropriate amount of fumaric acid, and dmt to the dry acetone.

i then mixed these in a pyrex dish, where the dmt crashed out almost fully in 2-3 mins.

i poured the acetone off after 10 mins, it was done, and i put my glass to sit in front of the fan, and it seemed okay.

about 5 mins later i walked over to the glass to check how dry i was, and it turned to a paste. the crystals were beautiful and are now gone.

i know im not out of luck, i can recover my dmt from this paste by turning it back to a freebase via sodium carb wash in water?

any help is appriciated, ive worked so hard to throw this away

Is the weather warm and humid ? Cause evaporating acetone produces condensation which dissolves fumarate. It's not a problem, just let the paste dry to rock solid fumarate.

What is your source material? I have had fumarates turn to goo when using ACRB. I believe it's due to NMT mixed in with the DMT which prevents formation of solid crystals. Here is how to remove it.

I have had the same thing happen. Went from hard candy to impossible goo. Try the dry ice. Moisture in the air will also affect fumarates but only once did I get the goo.
