Lesser known trivia about Schrodinger: he had two wives and two different families simultaneously. Apparently he used love to test his own abstract theory.

As long as they didn't know about eachothers existence they could potentially both be able to murder the other wife, and not be able to murder the other wife, at the same time. Once they know, only one of the two states will eventually emerge. What a great scientist to come up with an experiment like that.

It didn't go over well in all social circles, but for the most part it all went well for him. Everyone got along, he had happy kids, no one talked poorly of him after, etc.
