Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what species it is ? Can it be by any chance a naturalized acacia ?

Does any one of you have ever seen a naturalized acacia in Germany ?

I f it wasn't for those strange, twisted fruits, I would say Robinia Pseudoacacia...
with them, I don't relly know...
But i have never heard of naturalized acacias in germany. I fear it's to coldSad

Hi!

Ich glaube nicht dass das eine Pseudoacacia ist. Die Blätter stehen in einem anderen Winkel und wie Du schon schreibst, die Früchte passen gar nicht. Hat es Dornen?

Oh das mit den Früchten war Schafschaf, sorry..
Die Pseudoacacia hat ja erst weiche Dornen, die später fest werden. Vor allem an jungen Trieben sichtbar.

so i looked and it's not robinia, not galega and as far as i can tell it's not ailanthus altissima either...
i'm truly puzzeled
anyone who understands more of botany than this poor sheep?
