Hello,

I would like to introduce myself. I found this forum, and it seemed like the people here are very nice and find research very important. That is one of the reasons why it seems so nice.
I am mostly interested in natural entheogens. In comparison to the rest of this forum, I probably haven't taken that much substances (ayahuasca, low mescaline dose, kanna, kratom, magic mushrooms and cannabis). I am very interested in permaculture and agroforestry, for this reason I will travel to Belize and work at a permaculture farm there. After this I am going to study tropical forestry and agriculture. I have peyote, san pedro and bolivian torch cacti.

Well, I don't know what else I can say, so I'll finish this post by saying,

Greetings,

Tlitlitzin

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Would be interested to here your opinions and experience report on Ayahuasca as this is something I'm very interested in.

The best time to sow a seed was 5 years ago.... the next best time is right now.

Hi, thanks for the welcoming Smile

I took the ayahuasca analog, mimosa and Syrian rue. Some say that it is basically the same, DMT and a MAOI, however many say that Syrian rue contains different concentrations of harmine and harmaline, which would make it more sedating instead of the Caapi. I have to say, it all felt very dream-like, so it is probably quite true. I am really a fan of the cold water extract, it needs far less mimosa rootbark, they say it also doesn't destroy the yuramine and it is far less nasty, I feel like less tannins get dissolved at low temperatures. I ground the Syrian rue seeds, simmered them in water and let the water evaporate until there was 30/50 ml per person.
I took a small amount some days before to get a bit familiar with it. I used just 2,5 grams of mimosa rootbark but I also didn't fully grind the 2,5 grams of syrian rue seeds (I used a wooden pestle instead of the granite one) so it didn't last long. But, I did get a bit more familiar with how it would feel.
I used about 3,5 grams of mimosa and 3 grams of very well ground rue seeds, and it was a LOT stronger.
So, my friend and I drank the Rue concentrate first and washed it away with orange juice (very adviseable) and directly after that I drank the cold water mimosa extract.
It was such a beautifull experience. It was like a dream. The visuals were very nice, everything became extremely colourfull, I felt like I saw colours I have never seen before (and can't describe). Lots of things became symmetrical, were breathing and were warping a bit.
But the way I was thinking was also affected a lot. At first I wanted to explain how I felt, I couldn't. I was distracted with everything I was seeing and feeling. So, I soon felt like I should just let it all happen. When there was music, you could feel yourselve being at that place when I closed my eyes. And really, we did get a very different perspective on many things. It is like you take a way from A to B all the time, the fastest way. But with Ayahuasca, I felt like I went from A to C, which is a higher route. From this route I felt like I could see the A to B route.
I got a different perspective on life, and I have to say, I am less scared of death now. They say that DMT is very similar to the experience just before death, so I feel like dying isn't as scary as it felt like Smile

I really love the cold water extract. We both didn't get nauseaus, we thought we did but we were just hungry Big grin

Oh, and I forgot to say, one of my other hobby is bushcrafting/hiking. Here are some pictures.

Greetings
