Hello Smile I'm not entirely sure what is expected of this section, so I guess I'm just gonna introduce myself and explain my interest in psychoactive drugs, and more recently, DMT and this community.

I'm a 24 year old computer science student and apprentice game developer living on the European continent (let's keep it vague). My interest in psychoactive compounds started around 8 years ago, when I first smoked cannabis. I've been smoking it ever since, though I'm currently starting a break. After that, it took me quite a while to discover other substances. My first experience with something else was with LSD, 2 years ago, at a music festival. This was the first step in opening my eyes to the wonderful world of psychedelics. You know, nothing crazy, no life-changing introspective trip or anything like that (though I had one of these very recently), just genuine curiosity to experience what this part of life that I never experienced before had to offer. From then on, I occasionally took some LSD with friends when the opportunity presented itself.

What truly propelled my interest in everything psychoactive was an experience I had on the night of Halloween, last year. Some friends of mine had been taking drugs, and sometimes downright abusing them. Their drugs of choice were MDMA/XTC, speed, and cocaine (disclaimer: one should be careful with these. From the little experience I have and what I've witnessed from my friends, these have a clear potential for abuse). I had never taken any of these, but that night, we went into the local forest and popped an ecstasy. I figured, sure, what the hell, let's try this. What followed was one of the most fun nights I ever had. That's the last thing I needed to convince myself that drugs clearly have the potential to be good. Over the next few months, watching some of my friends struggle with abuse is what taught me they also have the potential to own you Neutral . So I decided, a) that I was now going to experiment more, and b) that what happened to my friends was not gonna happen to me. So yeah, I've been experimenting since then (mostly with shrooms and 2C-B) and I think I've done a decent job of being informed and responsible at it. Embarrased

My favorite compounds are clearly the psychedelic ones. I realized that these are the ones with the potential to teach you the most about yourself, and help you correct what you don't like. And man, I have LOTS of work going on there Confused (don't get me wrong, my state of mind is quite okay, psychedelics taught me to look at this in a much less negative way). So naturally, when I heard about DMT, I got curious. I've been doing my share of reading on the subject, and I'm pretty convinced that this is something that I have to try. So I'm slowly preparing myself to do it, doing my research on how to find and extract DMT, and collecting other people's experiences and advice. This community's work has been invaluable in that process, so it's only fair that I try to give some of it back if I can. So, here I am. Smile

It'll probably be a while before I gather the courage to look for DMT plants in the wild and go through the extraction, and probably another while before I actually move on to smoke the spice. DMT looks like a substance to be treated with respect, so I don't feel like rushing it would yield a satisfying experience. I am however firmly decided to experience what DMT has to offer, and am very much looking forward to it.

Damn, this was longer than expected. I hope I didn't put you guys and girls to sleep Very happy Fly safe, friends.
