I'm attempting to make my first batch of Enhanced Leaf, after reading about it extensively on this site. I've a question about the infusion/drying process that I've not been able to find a clear answer for yet. Basically, once I've blended the spice with my warm solvent (95% Everclear) and poured it over my herbs, what insures that the spice will infuse into the plant material rather than drying/sticking to the surface of my pyrex dish? Is there a chemical concept that I'm not aware of that dictates that the wet solution will gravitate to the leaf instead of the glass?

As a liquid solution, you solvent infused spice will simply go where gravitation dictates it to go.

Means if you pour it onto a pyrex dish it will evaporate and stick to the dish. but if herbs are on it, the herb with soak it too, some will be on the glass.

That's why, I would stir it often while the herbs and ethanol infused spice in the evaporating phase, and also scrape off any resulting tar from the glass dish wall, onto herbs again.

The process isn't that difficult, am sure if you just do it, you will understand the process better than picturing it in your mind.
Yes you may loose a bit onto wall but not most of it, what I do is before it completely dries, I wipe the sticky spice tar form the galls wall with some of the herbs. this way I nearly do'nt leave much behind.

Also some herbs are very good at absorbingliquid such as mullein leaves, so this help.

Happy enhanced leaf vaping !

Thanks, rOm, what you describe is exactly what I'm finding. The stirring/scraping technique is something that I'll employ in further batches. Cheers.

I keep the small glass dish on a 'warm' surface, just a little bit of warmth. Stir the mix every half hour or so to keep the alcohol/herbs/dmt/etc evenly distributed. That's it really. Smile

I use this:

Solvent free DMT enhanced leaf - warm water bath TEK
https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=39132

Dries in 15-20 min.

Note: if the DMT doesn't dissolve, place a towel over the bowl.
