I have identified intestinal parasites, whatever they may be, to be a major contributor to my health ills, which is mainly joint inflammation and damage, but also includes inappropriate food cravings, major brain fog, face-puffiness, fatigue, emotional numbness, and weird chest pains. and I just "feel" like I have parasites. I'm pretty aware of my body, and I swear, I can feel them moving about my intestinal tract. (In fact, I recently felt one "let go" in the the left of my solar plexus. It was kind of an emotional experience.)
Well, I went and ordered a parasite cleanse herbal remedy with black walnut, cloves, apple cider vinegar, ginger and sweet potato and began taking it. Along with Wormwood tea.
All the above symptoms started disappearing. It worked so well I was crying/laughing about it every day. And then came the headache. OW. No matter how much I hydrated, there it was. I was actually afraid my skull was going to crack under this perceived pressure.
So I stopped, after 4 days of the would-be 30-60 day cleanse.
So, time to re-evaluate, and come up with a healing protocol/plan. Some people do coffee enemas while doing this, but, having never drunk more than a sip of coffee in my life, I decided that would not be the best option. I also want to do things as naturally as possible, and I don't think squirting roasted bean juice from 1000s of miles away up my butt is very natural.
The cleanse was leaving me with this psychic space, emptiness (a good/neutral thing), which I felt was a kind of psychedelic readiness. I thought: "What better/faster way to eliminate die-off and die-off symptoms (like headaches) than with Ayahuasca?" I am sorely in need of spiritual direction and renewal, too. It's been a very long time since I've had any psychedelic trip, and I've lost the feeling of magic and worth of life a long time ago.
So, my current plan now is to do the cleanse, until I feel that I really need to eliminate die-off and toxins. Then, take a break from the parasite-killing herbs for a day and take Ayahuasca in the evening (which happens to be an antiparasitic, too). Then, take a brief period of 1 or 2 days to "rebuild," particularly my joints and my intestinal lining with collagen bone broth, and then resume taking the black walnut and friends. Microdosing oral cannabis will be part of the "rebuild" process, as well as Reishi tea. I will be taking Chaga tea when I do the parasite cleanse, for extra antioxidants.

Another option is to take the anti-parasitic herbs continually while microdosing iboga rootbark. However, I can see this getting intense, and I'm pretty sure I would want a ceremonial purge, which requires planning. I could be mega-clear-headed, or I could be in the throes of emotional processing. It's hard to predict.
Anyway, I'm just thinking out loud. There are great forums for herbal remedies and great forums for psychedelics, but a forum that truly combines and accepts the two approaches to healing is, as far as I'm concerned, virtually non-existent. Yet I believe the two approaches should go hand-in-hand. Maybe The Nexus can be that forum?
Thanks for listening.
PS- I also got some diatomaceous earth. This makes me hydrate like *cray* and it has a direct, immediate, and obvious effect on my joints and bones. I am unsure if it should be taken with ayahuasca or iboga, though.
PPS- Also, I'm not sure if there would be any bad interaction between the thujone in Wormwood and Iboga. If there would be, it would have to do with the liver, I'm sure.
