So after some research i have seen a few people encounter a similar entity on their journeys but not a close enough match for me to think its the same thing and i was curious if anyone else had a similar experience..

Anyway used about 20mg freebase and had the usual moment of anxiety when being propelled forward, intense visuals both open and closed. I settle back and try to will myself through the gateway. now for the weird part the intense fractals and tunnel kinda fade away but not. (i know its hard to really describe) With my eyes close i see what i can describe best as a white but translucent octopus/jellyfish like creature floating in a dark purple esc background, with medium to long tendrils. During this time i feel like its literally in my mind, sort of like floating in my brain so to speak, i get the impression or told in some matter to just relax and let go but that i'm not allowed to move to the next level. It was very peaceful but very very odd... i guess the thing that gets me the most is that with my last few session i always end up with the same entity and message and no breakthrough... i tried increasing the dosage in steps and end up in either the same place or just blackout with no memory of the experience.. I was curious if anyone else has had something similar happen? thanks in advance

P.s.- Just wanted to say i love this forum and have found amazingly useful information here as well as that all the members seem to handle themselves in a respectful manner and are very kind. Its VERY much appreciated. Didn't want to start a new thread for the post script.

I've seen what you describe many times . Sometimes there can be groups of them . I have spoken to others on nexus that see this kind of entity as well.
After many years im still at a loss to understand it mainly because it always feels as though these are things outside the self.
Wich is the age old dmt conundrum .

Well its good to know I'm not alone in this experience... surprised there isn't more info on them tho.

I have heard about purple jellyfish like entities before. Never seen them but from what I gather these things are fairly common.

Have you tried asking these entities what you can do to move on into breakthrough when you encounter them? Maybe there is a message here & you are missing it so you keep returning to the same place.

.... No... i don't know why but at the time it never crossed my mind during any of the encounters. Now i have a new mission.

Sometimes remembering to interact with the enviornment is important in hyperspace

It is possible that outside factors are what is preventing you from going deeper but also that you have just forgotten to interact with the experience & try to figure out how to progress within hyperspace.

I have met these entities at least twice before. Although in my case they were not what I would call friendly. The first time came in contact with them they hovered over my head and as if to keep me from ascending any further and trying to push me back down to earth. The second time I was in a a really uncomfortable feeling space and they would arrive momentarily to pull me into the next room of my trip. In both cases the spaces they occupied were reddish to purple in color. I find it interesting that there are close parallels in the color you describe as well as their roll as a gate keeper of sorts.

What you said about being over your head his exactly what i ment by in my brain.... and yes it was peaceful but friendly is not the vibe i got... blocking would be the feeling... i forgot to add last time... they are generaly accompanied with an odd,carnival, video game like background noise sort of a horror carnival sound... i know its weird but thats the best description i have for the music.

I know exactly the entity you are describing, I see it very frequently when I am entering/exiting hyperspace, but mine are usually lightish green in color, with tentacles waving. Many people describe this as a 'chrysanthemum', and the resemblance is uncanny, I just recently made the connection.

In a recent trip, just as it dropped me off back in this reality it briefly hovered directly in front of my face (eyes open, no visuals other than the entity), sort of superimposed on normal reality. I said/thought "I love you" to it because it seemed like the best response when contacting an alien. Then I looked away for a second and it disappeared.

On one failed launch, the entity appeared, overlaid on top of my visual field with eyes open. I realized that no breakthrough was going to happen, so I decided to watch the entity and to not take my eyes off of it. Over 30 seconds the entity sort of receded into the distance and then faded away.

At this point in my travels I don't get the usual fractal imagery anymore, just the entities and their demonstrations which are unusually logical and internally consistent. I'm starting to think that it's very likely there's more to it than just brain activity.

That looks like some kind of Guardian of Entrance. I wonder if sun like entity I encountered on my last trip is something similar you experienced.

Edit: WOW, I have searched Nexus and searched rest of the Internet, and this entity is common. It seems like it does have a strong purpose, and represent something.

It's funny there was a period where i thought all roads eventually lead to an opti of sorts if you keep persuing dmt.
I've always thought the sentinels in the matrix look a bit like the entities I've seen only more organic
looking . I used to like them way back when . I eventually came to the conclusion that they are automated in some way . Like programs of some kind . There have been times when they seemed to be scouts . There can be multiple phases to a trip . For me when they would show up that was just the beginning of the party . If I had the nerve to continue sometimes things would really cut loose and become the full on love carnival . It has felt in the past that these tentacles things check you out first .
It's an insane road to go down to talk about this . One thing is for sure many people including myself have experienced this type of thing . That is significant in my opinion . The big question still remains

I had an entity on my most recent journey which I perceived as sun like form, but possibility that it were just kind of tentacles remain. I shall see where all that leads.

yes i have experienced them a swell, yes the remind me of the sentinels from the matrix...yes same colours (purple, indigo, blueish, violet) they appeared large in earlier experiences, later experiences there where many all scanning my body and later i see them move from me and to a larger mantis like entity as if they are some kind of scout, this larger mantis entity was massive and slowly lumbered across my vision to the side and faded away, communicating was rather strange with them...the smaller sentinels appeared to have no "mind" the larger mantis didn't even want to acknowledge meas it did its thing.

These entities appear to be somehow related to another "mechanized" healer/medic/doctor entity that makes an appearance to probe my mind and brain rather than the body as these "octi" ones do.

Actually one of the main reasons I joined the nexus in the first place was because I was having these regular encounters with these tentacled things .
I was so flipped out by these encounters that I felt I needed to talk to more people about it .
As it turns out not a lot of people have this happen. Some do but it's actually rare. Because it's difficult to put into words many more may have had this type of thing but are unable to put it into words . I feel that there is a literal aspect to this that should be addressed . Years into this and based on what I have personally experienced many many times I have yet to see any satisfying explanation. There simply in none to be found anywhere. This is something I think about every single day.

I've lurked on the forum for a long time but joining was actually the same reason as you... its just disturbing seeing this/these entities has become a regular occasion, pretty much ever time i dose now... after reading the opti and i pdf i havent had the will to go back yet but i know i will. Until then i decided to offer what limited experience i have to others that are having issues..

If i do manage to communicate with this entity or resolve whatever issue is causing this i will make sure to update everyone on the topic. Do you think i should update in this thread or create a new one for the outcome if/when that happens?

Opti and I is tihe masterpiece IMO.

I don't disagree that it is intriguing and there are a few parts that i like, however thre are a few parts of concern to me where he was saying "don't hurt me, i'm righting there's no need for the injury" and the end where hes talking about not being able to be pregnant anymore with the symbiot and that that hes "hurting his mamma" talking about himself.
