I am very pleased to join this network of humble and helping people. I am not sure how and where to begin.

It all started with cannabis. I am 23 years old now. I started smoking cannabis frequently at the age of 18, I was frustrated by my breakup and harsh reality of life/adulthood. So I kept smoking on a regular basis. I was a very egoistic and sensitive guy and after smoking for awhile, I started noticing changes in my personality and my perspective. I was getting quite amazed by the fact that smoking cannabis can have such a strong long term effect. I started understanding religions, politics, society like never before and the way people blindly following the rules and many more. It kind of felt like growing new brain cells and becoming more intelligent. I did different kinds of meditation and yoga, pranayama but the experience I got from a psychedelic (Cannabis) was so different and profound. So I started studying about psychedelics and found out there are many others. Time passed and I kept gaining experience. If I look at the evolution of my mind/perspective/consciousness, It would be something like this -> narrow minded egoistic guy> egoistic guy > a free man! It is like taking off a heavy armor.

My whole life started changing, slowly and steadily. I started meeting the right people by intention or by accident (I know accident is a controversial thing). I first got to know about DMT in 2014 but did not know much about it. So I gathered as much as information I could, people around me did not know anything about it. It has become quite known in these years. It might be the movies or posts on social networks. I tried LSD in the beginning of 2015 and it gave another massive push and changed me. I felt one with the universe, It was not like acquiring knowledge. It was like discovering the knowledge you already had. The trip completely changed my perspective and my interest towards DMT grew even bigger.

Nobody knows much about psychedelics rather than cannabis in my country. LSD and other psychedelics are not available. So it's very hard to go on a trip. I finally got to know about the DMT extraction process by reading one of the post in this forum. I will do the extraction soon after my ruptured achillies tendon heals (which will take 2 more months from now). I will appreciate any kind of information/help/support you give me.

It's an honor to be with this amazing community and I look forward into the future. Smile

STS is a community for people interested in growing, preserving and researching botanical species, particularly those with remarkable therapeutic and/or psychoactive properties.

Thanks for the wonderful introduction! Big grin

I know at least I can relate to you on your mindset and opinions changing over time. I was very against all drugs when I was younger but have since grown to be quite fond of them and they are my main area of study.

While you are healing it may be helpful to read up on the Nexus Wiki about extraction teks. Reading different teks and questions about them can prove to be extremely valuable and will help you have less trouble when you eventually have a go at it. There are many different ways to do it and you should check out different methods to decide which seems best for you.

Thanks again for sharing and best of luck in your future. Thumbs up
Also hoping for a speedy recovery. A ruptured achillies sounds absolutely terrible. Shocked

“How long will this last, this delicious feeling of being alive, of having penetrated the veil which hides beauty and the wonders of celestial vistas? It doesn't matter, as there can be nothing but gratitude for even a glimpse of what exists for those who can become open to it.”
