Ello people,

I've been a member on DMT-Nexus for a few years now and basically, I want access to the rest of this amazing forum. So here it is; my introductory essay.

I'm 29 now, and I first became obsessed with the psychedelic experience when I was sweet 16, deep in the forest, smoking Salvia divinorum, with no idea what was about to happen to my life.

If you want to read what happened on that strange night, then I have a trip report on bluelight here.

I've since taken a range of various phenethylamines and tryptamines and caused a wave of interest in psychedelics and consequent awakenings amongst my group of friends and beyond. I can really see how the psychedelic experience is becoming the new paradigm with an ever increasing speed. Richard Dawkin's says that thoughts and concepts spread like a virus via memes. Thankfully, good thoughts appear to spread like that, and with all this in mind, I believe there is still hope and beauty awaiting our species, even in such troubled and dangerous times.

The promising research being conducted by MAPS and other such organisations is tantamount to this idea of change.

I've posted on bluelight under the username 'Tranced' for 13 years, generally spending my time in the psychedelic drugs forum, offering support, advice and opinions with the brilliant community that I'm proud to be a part of. I'm sure I'll know a fair few of you from there.

I'd like to do the same at the Nexus, and given that I've concluded the membership questionnaire is quite probably an infinite loop, I thought I'd try my hand at the introductory essay as well.

I look forward to discussing the weird and wonderful world of the psychedelic experience that we enjoy upon our beautiful planet, Earth.

Big up the tribe.
