I have a vent hood above my stove, but when i'm doing my straining(it's cooled off by this time and so no real heat fumes are going up). would you guys recommend i get a fume respirator when i'm straining? Or is just the smell alone when dealing close with IPA not that toxic? Just figured i'd ask before going and buying one.

Well, on mine it says, "fumes may be harmful." So it definitely would be a wise investment and would come in handy later for other extraction purposes. Be safe!
