Aloha all,
SWIM has been experimenting and performing extractions using acacia florabunda and ACRB.
The florabunda has always been very potent (being able to feel the history in what SWIM believes is 'mother' tree).
The ACRB has varied it has been really decent and then reproducing the same tek to a tee would produce different results, resulting in little to no yield compared to the floribunda but SWIM always figured it was the bark with the yields varying so widely.
Well..........
The latest extraction SWIM performed on ACRB produced 1.79g's of spice from 50g of ACRB making a yield of 3.58%. From doing a little research and looking at some other threads, ACRB can yield (when including NMT) approx 2.58%.
All 4 pulls of naphtha were crystal clear when pulled and combined with the overwhelming smell of spice when dried SWIM is pretty confidant no sodium hydroxide came through and like SWIM said it was as clear as H20 so SWIM is also confidant that no sucked-up base-soup entered when pulling the naphtha.
SWIM got three (for lack of a better word) 'grades' of spice;
1. Third and fourth pulls produced lovely chunky chunksters (see image 1)
2. From third and fourth pulls also managed to scrape some pretty solid honey coated in crystal (SWIM usually finds this to be very active)(see image 2)
3. First two pulls were dried a little bit too quickly SWIM thinks, it seemed to dry into a crystalline powder (see image 3)
Image three has the strongest dmt smell of all of them.
SWIM looks forward to the bioassay and will report back.

Looks like the real mccoy! The third one is a bit odd but maybe that's just because you scraped it. I would think 3.58% is an unbelievably high yield though.

You could shake a bit of it in warm water then test with a pH meter (or similar) to check you haven't somehow got a load of sodium hydroxide through with the dmt.

Or get a test kit from the Bunk Police and check you haven't got two different alkaloids there.
In all of reality there are not two. There is just the one thing. And I am that.

You could always re-X with heptane (aka bestine) and pull a more pure DMT yield. Your results could be a result of high NMT content and heptane would sort that out for you real quick. Weigh the result and perhaps you will end up with a more standard yield of DMT with some extra separated goo for changa.

Can confirm that the third one does indeed definitely contain the goods. An adequate amount was sandwiched between some damiana and smoked using a screen and a glass bong, blast off in 3, 2, 1.....

One of my recent ACRB extracts came through with a 4+% yield- before re-x. The golden waxy crystals were clean to smoalk, and breakthrough was achieved thru a GVG with +/- 40mg, which tells of the percentage of pure DMT within.

After a re-x (which wasn't performed), I'm sure at least 1 or 2% of that yield would have gone away being inactive oil and fat, but I like full spectrum ACRB extract so left it as is and enjoyed it.

That is, until some guy who styles himself some kind of basement shaman stole it. I tried to teach him how to extract, he didn't pay attention and so instead of actually trying to learn just figured he'd take it instead of expending energy to achieve it. My lesson was learned. (u no who u r, M.P. in PDX) That might be where some of my discomfort with self-styled shamans comes in. Shoot, sorry waaay off-topic.

Anyway, awesome, rudie looks like you scored with that one?

Greetings Null,
I would like to hear about the 4+% yield sometime, your exactly right i scored really well and am very humble and thank full that such a wise old entity chose to bestow it's fruits of knowledge and i was at a place ready to accept it, i also like the full spectrum ACBR has to offer!
Sux about M.P. but time has a way of collecting back the chips you take from the house, and it sound like your leaps and bounds ahead of this so called 'basement shaman'

Shoot, I can't find it but there's a thread somewhere. I may have overstated that yield as well, it wasn't over four. If was a nice surprise though.

The dish I was evapping in prior to freeze developed the prettiest little flowers of plate crystals I've ever seen at room temp and I let it continue instead of putting it in the freezer. Ended up with one half of the dish covered in clear goo with a layer if yellow wax on top of that in the other, and flecked with white snow all over! Damn camera/phone died so no pics if the plate, but the thread wherever it is has one of the gold wax on a scale.

It was very hot too, during a heat wave, up in the 90s F. Strange.
