Hi, so to start my friend has tried DMT a few times, breaking through on one occasion which he said was very scary and intense. I have also broken through many times but tonight was my first time with enhanced leaf.

Tonight my friend could not break through even when he had more than I did and I broke through several times, as did friend number 2 (A first timer who loved it.)

So I am sure you can see the problem, we cannot work out why my friend is not breaking through, he tried many times (he holds it better than the rest of us and doesn't cough.)

In the end he gave up as didn't like to waste it. He was quite tired, if that makes any difference?

Any ideas on what is going on are greatly appreciated, we were using mullein with DMT in a 1:1 ratio in a bong.

Have a good day!

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Breaking through is not necessarily dose size dependant, although extreme dose sizes can force breakthroughs but that is not recommended.

Instead breaking through is a learned experience usually. Some may find it more difficult to breakthrough on the same size dose as others and this could most likely be the recipient not fully letting go. I always suggest that people don't rush the experience. It will come, took me quite some time to finally breakthrough and when I did it was on a smaller dose than I had been taking previously.

Hi anrchy
Thanks that is interesting, it is odd as he wanted it but something was blocking it. I think he was scared.

Can I ask if you can see entities when you are on a sub breakthrough dose? He said when he closed his eyes he could see/feel a woman pressing her finger into his forehead. This makes me wonder if he maybe was breaking through but wasn't realizing?

On another note the post says that there are 6 replies but I can only see yours, not that it isn't enough I just wondered if this is a bug of some sort or if I am doing something wrong?
Have a good day!

Here it shows #2 replies, which is correct, well that will be 3 due to this one.

Dump the definitions of what a BT is or should be, stop expecting something in particular, just say OK to whatever. Scared included. All is OK. A shallow experience? Is OK too.

For some people, regardless of technique, it will simply take a while to break through. I didn't have my first breakthrough for a few months of regularly trying (hard). It'll happens when it happens, and it'll be worth the wait.

In regards to encountering entities on a sub-breakthrough, it is a common occurrence for me. Sub-breakthroughs can be astoundingly beautiful, multidimensional, colorful, detailed and "plot-driven." Breakthroughs take it 10 steps further.

Hi, thanks that is really interesting to hear. We were quite confused as he had broken through before and we were but he also expected it was something psychological, I wasn't aware that it would play such a big part.

I will pass all of your advice onto him (those that have replied).

Many thanks!
Have a good day!

So am I right in thinking changa needs to have harmala extracted from the leaf to fit the definition? Or would DMT infused onto a caapi leaf be sufficient? There seems to be contradictory information on this across the forum...

I have experienced many entities on sub breakthrough doses. I've been touched and could physically feel my skin being pressed in. I've felt little entities enter into my skin and swim beneath it. ect ect. Too many to list but you get the point.

For some reason when I posted my initial reply it posted several times and wasn't allowing me to delete them. Now they are still there but all of them say "removed by moderator" and only give me the choice of "undeleting". I dont know what happened lol

Technically it isn't "true" changa unless you have added harmala extract. Some will disagree but if there is no harmala added then it is simply enhanced leaf (ie: caapi, DMT... ect)

DMT on caapi leaf does contain harmalas and is changa by definition is my understanding.........extracts came later. There is a sticky thread in the changa section on this topic, I believe.
