Could one make a concentrated chaliponga ethanol tincture for oral and sublingual pharma?

If one is dosing orally and would rather not go through the trouble of A/B, or taste a brew, could he not simply do ethyl pulls on powdered chali and reduce them for storage in a little glass dropper bottle? I feel a full-spectrum chaliponga extract would be less thick/murky/nasty as a tannic arcb or mhrb ethanol extract....I also feel like it would take less time to extract actives with ethanol from powdered leaves than from powdered root-bark.....

If alcohol really shouldn/t be combined with rue or caapi, then one could just use cheaper iso instead of ethyl, and then evaporate and redissolve in vinegar instead (to then be bottled.)
