REPORT

So basically, my friend[mod edit] attained freebase DMT. He said he wanted to try it with me, because I was one of the most knowledgeable and comfortable humans that he knew for psychedelics. I've done a lot research, and he knew that DMT was kind of a big thing.

Me, him, and his girlfriend were all in a very relaxing room. Full of beautiful art, tapestries, and whatnot. Very good vibe. We were all very comforting. His girlfriend didn't feel ready, and only wanted to watch.

He had bought a glass crack pipe just for the occasion, and he split his DMT in half (which was somewhere between 100 to 200 mg.) He was going first, and he didn't vaporize it super efficiently, but the only thing he said it was very powerful.

Now it was my turn to go. I sat down on the couch, and looked up at the beautiful mandala tapestry on the wall. I knew it would be wonderful to look at, but I was going to close my eyes for this experience.

So I put the torch lighter up to the bowl- this was it. Instantly the chamber fills with vapor and I begin to inhale. I take a long, drawn out toke until my lungs reach full capacity. Oddly enough, I enjoyed the taste, and it didn't burn at all. My friend said the smoke was harsh, and he realized how much better he needed to treat his lungs (He's a dabber). Perhaps the gentleness of the smoking experience is a sign that I've been treating my lungs well. I've been giving them a lot of respect the last 8 months. Really, my whole body.

I let out the smoke, and I instantly feel, something, to say the very least. I can't quite describe it, it was as if my consciousness had expanded throughout my entire being, into every cell, every molecule. Gravity ceased to exist, and I felt as if I was in a still void. At this point, I had lost my sense of body, as a powerful vibrational tone swiftly took over. I can only describe the presence of this tone as what seemed to be the presence of God, or some insanely powerful being. I was still aware of my self, but it was violently dismantled very quickly.

I was no longer my self, just awareness. I seemed to have instantly teleported into somewhere very deep, very far from wherever I came from. It was immaculately beautiful, and there is absolutely no way to describe what I saw.

I was aware of beings, but I did not meet them. It felt as if they put the thought into my awareness that this was a sort of initiation. There was a great sense of urgency and importance to this, and I tried my best to pay attention.

Eventually a scrambled thought came up, something along the lines of "This is so beautiful/so insane" to which something instantly replied "Oh really?" and everything kind of.. Morphed in the most incredible way. It was as if it was like music, only in the form of reality. I was to meet the makers of the music, but at this point, I was not ready, because I was terrified.

I saw things so vastly complex, so real, so true, and so beautiful. I knew I had gone to far this time. You did it, you should have known that you abnormally psychedelic mind combined with the most powerful psychedelic would do this. I was never going to return, I had gone too far, and there was no way I could go back.

"Do not worry, (We/I/idk) will take care of you" and my reality all the sudden.. Aligned? I opened my eyes, and I was back. This part was difficult, because as soon as I returned, my reality seemed to stretch throughout every dimension. Everything seemed to permeate throughout infinity. It was entirely impossible, but slowly things seemed to return. I was back to normal, and I was so happy.

"Holy, how was it? You look like you just had a crazy experience" his girlfriend asked. "Wow.. It's just.. It's it.." I said. I had no idea how to describe what just happened. My friend started talking about how he could just pop that whenever, and how he sees why people call it "businessman acid" because the trips are over and done with so fast. This idea terrified me, because I knew that he didn't get nearly as far as I did. I tried to tell him that this stuff is serious, and you should treat it with the utmost respect. I could tell his mind was very fixated on it, and he wanted to do more.

There was still a lot of resin left in the pipe, and he decided to take another hit. This time he got a good one, and he instantly turned pale. He was out for a good 15 minutes. It definitely put him in his place, but he was just as good as I was at explaining the whole ordeal when he finished.

All in all, wow.. I can't really help but think, this is the secret, isn't it?

I have some Changa, and I'm unsure when I should use it. I'm still totally terrified of how powerful this realm seems to be. I know that it'll probably be my last experience for a while, as next time I will be attempting to extract some on my own. This experience was 3 weeks ago.

Welcome to the nexus and thanks for your amazing experience report!

Takes me back, there's nothing like having your world view shattered by your first look at the other side haha Big grin I've also found that experiences like these keep on giving if you work on aligning yourself with what you learned and working on integrating the experience. When I first start smoking I would regularly go back there without breaks in between and it's a shame I did as I feel I missed out on a lot of the potential that those experiences had to offer my life. Also with such a thoroughly shattered view of the world / life / reality / spirituality I felt very alienated as there was very few puzzle pieces of my mind that weren't completely up in the air.

It's funny how sometimes we have people who struggle for months to achieve a breakthrough and then sometimes we have someone like yourself who has a breakthrough on their first attempt, maybe has a lot do to with what we expect from the experience and as we experience the chemical more and more we expect more of it which anchors us?

Sounds like you had a real eye opener and that from your first time you've already adopted a good view on how to approach the experience.

Lovely to hear you had a good one.

Harshness of smoke is pretty sure result of burning spice, not likely the condition of the lungs. Vaping technique and having suitable tools make a lot difference in how good it is vaped instead of (partly) burned. Very good your took was better than your friends in that regard.

Even if you had 100/2 = 50 mg, that is considered a massive amount, unless we talk about changa or impure material. Lot of people have breaktrough on 25 to 30. Then again vaping technique/equipment makes all the difference.

Thanks for sharing.

Indeed hyperspace can be very musical (actual musical sounds it produces non-withstanding). There is a harmony to the order and visual movement and interconnectivity of it all. The vibrational components make it all the more musical.

Music is alive and in your soul. It can move you. It can carry you. It can make you cry! Make you laugh. Most importantly, it makes you feel! What is more important than that?

Wonderful experience! Thank you for sharing with us!

I'm a bit like you, man. The spice is indeed terrifying...well, more appropriately, it can be terrifying. Most people find it to be overwhelming at first but like with anything else, it truly does take practice in order to properly navigate that space. You are absolutely right when you say that DMT is not a joke and is a very serious matter and should be treated as such. It can show the greatest things you could ever imagine but it can also show you the darkest depths of "hell" too. This comes from experience.

I had recently been struggling with letting go fully during a DMT endeavor and have finally come to terms with why. It can all be found within the trip report. Finding your center, using controlled and deep breathing, and coining a personal mantra are all methods I recently employed to overcome my pre-flight anxiety when I am about to embark upon a journey. In doing so, I finally found a lighter and positive side of the DMT realm. I've realized, with the assurance of others, that being anxious/scared/terrified of the spice is only natural. After all, it is incredibly powerful and quite unique.

But anyway, best of luck to you in any future endeavors!

It's funny you say that, because I'm not going into these experiences without purpose as I feel that can end badly if you simply just wanna get high and see them. One of my greatest intentions is to understand all of the secrets to music, psychedelia, and all of that kind of stuff. It's my greatest dream to become a master music producer- somewhere along the lines of Carbon Based Lifeforms, Tipper, and so forth.

Okay, I totally thought so too, but in the experience my friend had he realized that he had to treat his body with more respect. A very good realization, as it's always beneficial to strive towards good health Smile. I was very lucky with the hit I got.

With that being said, I didn't necessarily have the full dosage that was packed at all. I really just had 1 big hit, and there was still a decent amount left. I knew that it was going to be an intense experience, but I also knew that I didn't want to get too completely overwhelmed on my very first experience.

It definitely is terrifying, even if for whatever reason you KNOW that you're going to have an amazing experience, it's still completely terrifying. It's just so paradigm shattering, and the one thing you will always know is it will take you far beyond your perception, which, to me can be quite spooky indeed!

Yeah, I feel like set/setting and your mind is extremely important. You can't just do the drug and expect it to force you into it. You have to be prepared to let go, to give yourself away and trust that the DMT will take care of you. As I felt it coming up, in my mind I said "I am yours, I trust you, Please do not harm me," and then my world shattered. I mean of course I wasn't harmed in any way, but I was ready to let go of my world, and to go to whatever realm (or whatever the hell/heaven that was, of course, I have no idea! Was I just hallucinating it all? Was my consciousness teleported? So many questions, so little answers..)
