As DMT is produced endogenously the person would not need to be on DMT. you can find small amounts of DMT in every healthy humans blood and urine.

First you have to kill the person in a way that doesn't spill blood, next pray to satan and "harvest" their brain within 10 minutes of death, the fresh pineal gland is then extracted and consumed raw and must be eaten within 10 minutes of the persons death.
