Hi, i dont know if magic truffles is ok to ask about, but i have some question.
I have 45g Atlantis and i want to see if i could clone one of them.
I have odered 10 petri dishes and nutrient agar to mix with water and boil.

1. pour agar mix in petri dish, put on lid and let cool.
2. Brake a truffle, take a little bit and put in petri dish (in the agar)
3. Put in a room with 22-27 celsius for some time, how long?
4. Put rye in water and coofe, let it boil for 1 hour, cool and dry.
5. Put rye in grow bag, put the bag in boiling water for 1 hour, or PC?
6. Take destilled water and mix with the stuff in the petri dishes
7. Pour the watermix on the rye in the bag
8. Put in a room with 22-27 celcius and wait.

Is this the correct way?

Your question is IMHO both somewhat out of scope for this forum and so general that it would require a lot of explanatory answering.

My best advice would be to get the book "The Mushroom Cultivator" by Paul Stamets. Read the book and start practicing.

Alternatively, if you don't want to do some study and invest in tooling: buy a bag of pre-sterilized rye grains and a spore syringe containing spores of a truffle strain. You can find both for sale online and the spores are legal in most jurisdictions. When they arrive, inoculate bag with syringe, incubate bag, harvest.
