If one has made enhanced leaf with marijuana and decides they hate it bc it makes the experience a lot more cloudy how might one separate the dmt from the thc and other actives?

Would it theoretically work to...
1 dissole in annhydrous acetone or iso and filter x3
2 add fasi or fasa dropwise
3 wash fumarates w annhydrous acetone or ipa
4 dry fumarates
5 add sodium carb or calcium hydroxide
6 pull thrice
7 evap or freeze precipate or whatever is appropriate for the solvent one used
8 repeat steps 1-7 if the operator is extremely ocd

Or is there an easier way?

It's odd to me that THC and DMT don't mix well for many, including myself.

It's the only thing pot doesn't go well with , imho.

Sorry can't help with the de-THCing of you're changa. Sounds like that would work. A simple nps soak would pull the THC as well, yes? So would acetone.

Make cannabutter, that is the easiest.

Dump herb in water with butter and don't go over 40c, perhaps like luke warm.

Then refridgerate butter & water and seperate, then you can do a base and pull on the remaining herb and water.

I have a sneaking suspicion butter would pull my alkaloids as well... Also I could care less about the thc tbh but thank you for the reply...

I have one that the poster may have misunderstood. DMt butter? Chlorophyll taste is one thing, freebase alkaloids? That'd be pretty tough to cover up.

Could you use different melting/vape temps (if they are)?

Without researching, I can't think of a solvent that wouldn't pick both up.

Would salting also also create a THC salt?

Dmt is a lot harder to come by than weed and I know most of you will probably give me a for this but I could care less about saving the thc I was really hoping someone with an extensive knowledge in chemistry would chime in but...

Anyhow it looks like thc wont form fumarate salts but I hate basing things on chance..
I really stopped caring about weed a while ago sorta got boring and now it just makes me paranoid lazy and hazy. Even the better strains.
