I wouldn't smoke that if I were you. I would re try an extraction using Nomans tek. To the "T". Some times I would slightly adjust the ingredients but not too much. Just do the math. Get some rubber gloves lay everything you need out in front of you and try and keep a clean workplace while you work. Deffinitly invest in a fan too lol naptha fumes wont kill you but they EFFIn suck. I breathed so much that Naptha triggers the same memory of dmt that the actual dmt smell would. They are one in the same now although still different lol peace.

So this is what SWIM has

It is unlikely contaminated with base unless there was water in the evaporation but it does not look good (looks very oily) try a recrystallization. Dissolve it in a small amount of hot naptha and place in the freezer.

You could likely smoke the white crystals. Although a crystalization would be best. Any base would not burn and thus wont be part of the smoke anyway so don't worry about that.

You can try adding naptha to it, then pour it all back into your jar with bark/lye/water. Shake shake shake, then let it settle and pull, then FREEZE it. Screw the evapin.

I done my 1st extraction with 100g of MHRB, STB method yesterday. I was REALLY careful not to pull any lye, just the clear Naphtha. How do people manage to pull there base . Although, few other key methods will be done next time, so I can extract MORE.

Either way, the naphtha is in the freezer now, dotted with many many white crystals. Maybe they will not be white, when the time comes to pour off the naphtha I guess..

So SS, try freeze next time. I was thinking of evaping, no fan. But then thought, I will just evap the naphtha that is poured off in case there is any left. I read enough reports to see rushing the evap, by using a fan is not as effective as one might want (as you have found out). Hope your next try turns out great!

Well heres the deal...


SWIM tried it at a buddies house...

His buddies mom came home.


We had to leave.


We left the bark.lye/water mixture with him and some naphtha said to do some more pulls.



He just called me and told me he has crystals growing from evaping it, that are over an inch tall and the size of a dime across.


So it wasn't a failure.


He just put all the naphtha in a corner of the dish.


Then let it sit for about 3 hours.

^ I have to agree, but for other reasons.

1) a Spice extraction should not be rushed through as quickly as possible. Not having your own place and always being on the lookout for the 'rents makes for shortcuts and sloppy work. That spice you have doesn't look all that nice. A recrystalization is recommended.

2) Spice is scared to many of us, what you put into it you get out of it. If you are rushing through and extraction so you don't get caught by your or your friends parents, you really are not able to devote your full attention to it, you are not able to really get in there and WORK with the mimosa...I think this will detract from your experiences later.

3) It sounds like you are young (but living at the parents does not always indicate age)...if you are you have PLENTY of time ahead of your for exploration of your mind. May I suggest taking up meditation, as this has always been helpful for me while I am in hyperspace (I use Eknath Eswaran's method, it can be found HERE). If you are just looking for a quick high, you may want to concider passing on DMT alltogether. There are plenty of other quasi-legal things to get off on, like LSA, or cactus. If you are serious in your quest for more knowledge or for spiritual growth, then you will still find the Nexus here in a year, or two, and can always re-start your endevors.

I would suggest doing an A/B extraction next time...yes it requires an area to work in undisturbed for a day, a crockpot or stove, yeah it creates a bit of odor (but isn't mimosa + vinegar a nice smell, ayahuasca brewing smells even better!) and is not a stealthy way to extract spice, but you won't end up with a product like your first picture, you will have a much purer product, and can fully enjoy the fruits of your labor. Plus is it always REALLY cool to see how much spice falls out when you first add the lye. I've had my jug turn completely white before when I had some excellent mimosa.

I'm really not trying to preach...it is your life, and more importantly YOUR BODY. Just don't jeapordize Spice (by getting caught and having someones mom call the police) because you can't wait another year or two.

Well said Acolon. Swim waited years, did his research, finally got out on his own before doing any kind of extractions. My rents would flip shit if they caught swim with some jars, solvents etc. Take your time saint, like ac said, this is sacred to many of us. Its not some "lets get high stuff", so really take precautions when doing any kind of extraction, and really mentally prepare yourself before trying it.

Please tell SWIY and his buddy never to do things that may jeopardise one's but most importantly a whole community's safety and reputation. "Moms" discovering people who play such funny games can be a really dangerous thing especially when the perpetrators are not able to stand up, speak for and justify their actions. I hope for the latter not to be true in the above case; people in this forum are usually brave enough to talk with parents when circumstances demand it and not hide.

I am 19. I currently live with my Parents. Though in two months I'll be moving away to dorms.


SWIM's friend lives by himself, but his mom is one of those come in and check on him.


His apartment (quite big) was a suitable place. But his mom came to visit and thats where SWIM had to put some stuff away.



SWIM has a place. Its really all good.



Also, I understand its scared and its not a quick high. If I wanted that, I'd be smoking weed, or taking shrooms.

I did some more research and read the DMT a spirit molecule book.



This is no quick high for me. And I understand that...what I put into I get out of it.

Do be careful in the dorm room, I've read about DMT busts in dorm rooms more than anywhere else...just keep it low key, never sell the spice, don't talk about knowing how to extract it, and don't turn your dorm into a drug den....you should be fine.

Thats actually why I'm doing it now.


I don't want to fuck with drugs and school.
