Which is amazing news because it paves the way for full legalization of cultivation and sale. This will take the power away from the narcos (well >50% of their power anyway) and turn a hell hole into the paradise it should be. In all of reality there are not two. There is just the one thing. And I am that.

If Canada and Mexico are able to pull through with these new legal cannabis regulations; the U.S will be right in the middle of it. Hopefully this will encourage some changes in Mexican/North American rights, perception and sovereignty. 'What's going to happen?' 'Something wonderful.'

I don't know if Mexico is a hellhole, lol. Where are you going? Do you have any source on the breakdown of cartel narco money? I'm not challenging you, but am curious how much marijuana makes contributes. I've said this before, my location In a legal recreational Mj state makes it hard to tell. Nobody smokes Mexican pot here, but there are cartel operated outdoor grows I the mountains. And we are FLOODED with meth and heroin from the cartels. I'm pretty sure the hard stuff and the precursors for them and human slavery are their bread and butter. That's not to say CONGRATULATIONS MEXICO! Loloking prettier all the time. Well, where I'm coming from in fact Try Juarez for a holiday to remember! null24 wrote: Do you have any source on the breakdown of cartel narco money? I'm not challenging you, but am curious how much marijuana makes contributes.
I take your point completely; Mj's a pretty small proportion of their income but every bit that weakens the cartels goes to make it a prettier country. The end of abolition in the US didn't get rid of the mafia but it turned them into a sideshow along with much of the corruption that went with them. Baby steps but maybe we're on our way In all of reality there are not two. There is just the one thing. And I am that.

I'm with you 100% On a side note , I've been getting this calling to go down there. Oaxaca, I'm thinking. Sine experientia nihil sufficienter sciri potest -Roger Bacon *γνῶθι σεαυτόν*

Probably combine Oaxaca and Chiapas. Wow, I can't wait! Risk of being kidnapped pretty minimal too In all of reality there are not two. There is just the one thing. And I am that.

this will only be a benefit for the final user capable of growing it because wont have to risk themselves while trying to get the weed. the sale of weed is still prohibited under this court resolution, they are not trying to create medical mj stores to avoid pharmaceutical monopoly or the cartels going into the legal market. im from mexico and yes sometimes it is a hellhole.
