Hell yeah! The Iceman. One of best podcast in a long time for me. Specially since i have recently discovered this man and his ideas, methods etc. and behold he pops out all over the place.
Must watch and perhaps experiment with what he is suggesting.Thumbs up

Haha, I was just telling endlessness about this. I watched it. One of the best JRE podcasts i've seen. Mr. Hof is a huge inspiration. Beautiful individual. Lots of spirit in that individual. You can tell by how he talks, presents and carries himself. Such a beautiful human being. Some parts of that podcast gave me chills.

I had seen the Vice documentary on him before this podcast. Just goes to show how little we understand of the minds influence on our own physiology in terms of immediate influence and action.

I've been a fan of this man since I first saw video of one of his World Record's many years ago. I've always been drawn to the cold as he said he has. Great podcast Thumbs up

I watched the documentary a while ago about him and he is a fascinating person. Challenging science the way he has is truly brave.

Thanks for the link!

This podcast was great. Very happy

I'm always happy to see such diversity on Joe's show. A lot of what Wim spoke of(and Joe, of course) was inspiring and worth engaging with. I personally live in a cold environment for some time of the year, especially since November is now coming. Nonetheless, a fascinating approach to health and well-being. I can vouch for cold water and breathing techniques.

Might just go through the podcast again. It's good practice to jot notes down. Thumbs up
