hello dear nexians
my name is empyreans. I've been registered here for some time and have been lurking even longer.
I was Interested in psychedelics even before that. According to drug history I started as an adolescent with
cannabis which i've used quite some time, took long breaks and still use it regularly as the boredom
creeps inbetween my university schedule. It will always make up for a simple but good time Smile

My interest in mushrooms was there early on as I was not hold down by the belief that it will make me
jump out of my window. I've heard before that there is some self-reflection going on after the visuals wore
down. I'd like to say that I even enjoy the period after the peak wears of more than the actual peak. I started using mushrooms when I was 18.
I wouldn't do a plunge into the mushroom experience without taking advantage of the wonderful synergy with
MJ.
I used shrooms pretty excessively for several months (sometimes up to 4 times a week). It didn't leave me
psychologically exhausted or wasted, but made me interested in concepts like meditation, lead me to read
many books about enlightenment, awareness and oneness (a state one can taste during a shroom trip) and after all it feels like
it made me wiser in a way. I can forgive others and myself more easily, I am as calm as I could be, I try
to accept the things as they come, I know that feelings and emotions are volatile and that I myself
constructed the person I think to be, which is purely a fantasy to cling to. Conciousness is all there is my friends! Very happy

Then came DMT. It would be too large of a text to write up my experiences, the circumstances and the things
that resulted from these adventures into hyperspace. After being fearful that such experiences are even possibe
I now view it as a gigantic cosmic joke reminding us of the mystery of life, existence, conciousness itself.
During some dips and loops what felt like into parallel universes where I saw myself smoking dmt too it became even weirder.
This seemed like the most real thing I saw. A thought I like to entertain, but the rational side of me does me a favor by disregarding these experiences as simply drug experiences. You know that feeling for sure.
I've learned even more about the fabric of reality and existence than I could possibly turn into something valuable for my personal experience of it. I'm grateful for these experiences that I have rarely now. DMT forced me to have a long
long break of everything that influenced my mind in some way. I would say it made me aware that the sober state is very delightful and powerful by itself, last but not least also enjoyable.

There are many ways to get the dmt experience. whether it be ayahuasca, pharmahuasca, vaporized dmt, vaporized dmt on top of some leaf,
inbetween leaf, but the most I get out of changa.
I make my own blends containing mugwort, an 10x calea zacatechichi extract, banisteriopsis caapi vine "trueno" and last but not least
pure white dmt in a ratio of 1:1. As a solvent I use acetone.
My "ceremony", which I've found is the best setting, consists of one candle lit up in the middle of my room, a cushion to sit on and
a blanket to keep me warm. I sit in a meditative position, meditate beforehand and inbetween the rips of changa out of my gvg.
it makes up for a deep spiritual experience, as deep as I wish it to be. Changa gives me so much control of my experience. The afterglow in combination with sublingual harmalas (I just discovered this possibility!) feels like a shroom trip, so I am happy that I can have an equal benefit without tasting these foul companions (Good companions whatsoever)

I wanted to post this quick introduction before I contribute to the community in a way, that I hope is beneficial for the community.
We will eventually hear from each other my dear friends.
thanks for reading Smile

Welcome to the nexus friend Smile

As you have no doubt seen this is a great community to be a part of. Enjoy all it has to offer.

Changa is awesome and is what I prefer at the moment as well, but there is always a time and place for a freebase ride. I would've never known about or what changa was if it weren't for the nexus, now I extract all my own alks via all the information I acquired here, it has all been so wonderful to say the least.

Again welcome into the community!

Peace

Well done on this introduction essay Smile

I thought you had some pretty good insights about DMT and its effects on your rational life. It really can expand your definition of reality and in my small experience, lead to a shift in my beliefs and actions in the sober world.

Best of luck at university, and again welcome to the Nexus!
