So, I had vivid dreams last night and something happened that has never happened to me before now, well at least from what I remember. I started taking baicalin powder for the health and sleep benefits, which is extracted from Scutellaria galericulata I think.

My dreams were out of this world and very strange. I was sitting on a couch at a friends house and every time I would look at myself or my friend our clothing would change from time to time. I was wearing a t-shirt and then I look down later and was wearing a long sleeve shirt, that was hyper vivid in color, with strange patterns. Then an attractive girl appeared, she then proceeded to take her bare foot, and started to gently message my genitals while I was on the couch still; and then she quickly vanished.

Then the dream shifted and I'm on the couch talking to my friend about deforestation of the Amazon, due to agriculture and then a strange but beautiful DMT-esque-woman, entity appeared and overtook the dream.

I was in REM sleep and this woman, who was made of color, light, and fractals really startled me because I immediately realized that this is related to my DMT experiences. She was so beautiful that it comforted me in some way, so I didn't panic and wake up right away. Her face was very detailed and angelic, and glowing with brilliant, neon pink fractals.

The entity started to hug and caress me and I told her to keep doing it because it felt good, then the entity squeezed me harder, and then I became frightened by the force I felt...then I opened my eyes. I was still dreaming and my body was still asleep. My body was paralyzed and I looked around my room and everything was morphing and breathing. I could still move my eyes and my head a little at this point. I turned to my left, while laying on my bed and looked at my Alex Grey, Oversoul art blanket that was beside me, loosely folded, and it turned into the entity again and I could see that she was spooning me. Then I woke up and everything returned to normal. Also, I haven't used any DMT or psychedelics in several months.

Sounds very familiar. I've encountered a lot of female beings that got hyperspacey (and sometimes hypersexy) while in dreams. It can be quite ridiculous to say the least and usually mind blowingly amazing. That last part you mentioned sounds a lot like sleep paralysis to btw.

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

It was probably sleep paralysis. Probably a side effect of the phenibut I took and baicalin, since baicalin is a Gabaergic flavonoid. Sleep paralysis also happens when you open your eyes while you're still asleep. It takes like 30 seconds for your body to start moving again. It is pretty awesome when you have some alien, bonita spooning you to death while you can't move.

Hi Mel Angel,

Sleep paralysis can definitely be "hyperspacey". I have had similar experiences that felt quite erotic, but there was no entity seen. It definitely felt like an outside force at work though. I have also had really evil sleep paralysis where it was fine at first and then turned heavily dark.

Have you experienced sleep paralysis without taking medication before?

I had sleep paralysis when I was around 6 months old, maybe younger, which is one of my first memory's besides breast feeding. It was traumatic, so I ended up remembering a lot. I was sleeping in my crib and then I opened my eyes and was frozen....Across the crib, I saw a tall bald creature with a formless face, and a smooth glossy head that looked grey. It had no eye's and a formless nose and ridge where its mouth is supposed to be. It looked like those old white manikin's at the mall that had no faces. It was just staring at me and hovering over me and wouldn't go away. It felt like an eternity. I don't remember waking up or the nightmare ending, just the alien staring at me. Since, it happened so long ago, I don't know what to say about what happened.

Other than that, the only other sleep paralysis episodes are with high doses of phenibut.

I had several lucid dreams involving fractal geometry but I never seen an entity before. Even during my DMT experiences the only entities I see look like aquatic creatures and these hyperbolic, pink-fractal-jellyfish; I don't remember seeing humanoid entities. But, when I have completely blasted out, I can't seem to remember a lot of the trip or what I am. I usually freak out if I wake up mid heavy-trip, because I'll forget I smoked DMT and I'll start pacing around trying to figure out why I have legs and hands. I wish I wouldn't make such a big deal about it, but I shouldn't be waking up during those heavy trips. I hate it when that happens.

I had sleep paralysis as a child in a crib as well. Very interesting. It was an alien looking thing coming through the window like a grey with octopus tentacles. It scared me so badly, that I figured out how to get out of the sleep paralysis, climb out of my crib and started screaming and banging on my room's door.

I had another episode of sleep paralysis that was bit more classic, I was in a cartoon and was very conscious of the fact that I was inside my body and could not wake up from this cartoon world. It sounds like it would have been fun but I remember it being fairly scary once I realized there was no way out. Then I somehow mustered enough energy to throw myself off of the bed in order to wake up.

To come think of it. I remember now, throwing myself off the bed occasionally to wake up from nightmares. I used to fall out of bed by accident too.
