Very nice plant. It seems you have a good climat and green thumb.
How old is the mimosa hostilis ?

They all look soooooo great !
The caapi leaves should be fine for brews and changa, but the AC phyllodes, .. not sure if these can even be used...
But this is what we would do prior to the actual rootbark harvesting:
airlayer
the long mimosa branches with raw honey (natural rooting hormone) and soil covered with a PE bottle or cling wrap. That will give you many new semi-adult seedlings and that way you can keep it going indefinitely...
