Oh, not The End, certainly, but an end of sorts. While all is undoubtedly one, it's in our most basic nature to find edges and patterns, to draw lines, and to make distinctions. Whatever this currently is will surely end at some point if only to be replaced by something alltogether the same yet different.
Though that's so much easier to say than understand. Trying to wrap my head around that particular slice of infinity has led to some serious existential terror during some of my sober and more somber meditations. Looking too closely towards infinity and feeling trapped by it can be extremely daunting. Knowing that you can
never truly get off the ride because you ARE the ride... yeah. I needed a stiff drink and a hug coming back from the full realization of that fact.
