I'm interested in spiritual use of DMT. My interest is pretty much academic right now - I'm not in a situation where extraction is terribly plausible. I've used LSD once, to great mind-opening effect. I intend to do a very, very great deal of research until I'm ready to procure the raw plant materials necessary for personal extraction and have confidence in my ability to do so successfully. Absurdly high IQ, but no chemistry background, so we'll see.

I became interested after a past-life regression. A tribesman who commonly drank 'dreaming tea' brewed from roots and seeds. Research led me to Mimosa Hostilis root bark and DMT. Still no idea what the seeds were. Obviously something bearing an MAOI.

I'm interested in 'e-cig' method vaping, rather than hard-core freebasing. I want to control dose carefully since I'm a beginner. I'm also not driven to experience 'breakthrough' doses, but mild effects similar to what one would experience with root bark tea. I'm an accomplished spiritualist and mystic already, able to connect to the other side without chemical help, but I want to occasionally grease the wheels to take it to the next level.

Also interested in oral pharmahuasca, and traditional Diame (ayahuasca) and Jurema (mimosa) teas.

I'm primarily interested in shamanic use more than massive psychedelia... though I'm certainly not against massive psychedelia if the possibility of spiritual breakthroughs are there, as I know they are with DMT.

Any help or pointers of any kind from more experienced travelers would be greatly appreciated.

Been dabbling with vaping for a couple of months now with some interesting results .
My method is to use a variable voltage battery so I can regulate the amount of power I'm putting through the e-cig atomiser . The atomiser chosen is a rebuildable dripping atomiser (RDA) type using coils ranging from 1ohm - 1.5ohm & using rayon as a wick.
There are numerous youtube vids on how to set up RDA's.
I mix 1g of spice into 3 to 4ml of vegetable glycerine , more spice the more potent the hit.
One thing that I've found important is that coils must be clean , changing or removing & replacing wick & dry burning coils must be done regularly to ensure the best results .

I've had some amazing results using this method & find I've more control on my intake but it can be disappointing when you don't hit that 'sweet spot' because the set up isn't quite right for whatever reason .

I'm busy reading the forum FAQ through, and then I plan on reading all the links off of it, to get myself started, and then I'll burrow into the links you gave me, to head me in the direction I actually want to go in.
