So I went in a grow shop today and the guy ended up letting me get a free cutting from one of the cactus they had at the shop Very happy

I think it is bridgesii, but I would like the confirmation from more experienced people.

 

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

looks like a pilocereus to me, and not active..but I am not much of a cacti expert and that photo is not super clear. Better wait for others to chime in.
